an enhanced license. When multiple devices are associated to a user it will require just a single license rather than two like I think you are seeing.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

a few times, removed the CUCM and add it again and even restarted the ELM. The ELM count stay on -87. I have no idea how to reduce this total. Can anyone point me in a direction here what I could do?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
