<p class="MsoNormal">We had this issue on earlier 9.3 firmware versions and were provided 9.3.2 ES12 which seemed to fix the phantom call issue (or speed dials being used with no one at the phone) but a few phones still had been doing the ghost calls on occassion, <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We upgraded to 9.3.4-24 firmware a month or so back (before 9.4.1-9 was out) and that did not fix this issue with the phantom calls. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Upgraded to 9.4.1-9 firmware and haven't seen the issue yet (to early to say) but 9.4.1-9 has very annoying dialing delay/prolonged beep issue that annoys the user that they can barely make calls on the phones without problem Seems to be
