<i>sourced</i> by the phone. It was always a call arriving at the 9971, getting stuck, and appearing as an active call until a reboot. But I have seen issues where 7975s running 9.3(1) generate a call at random, which, if I’m following correctly, sounds more
like the issue you’re describing:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

the impacted phones because the debugs required were nearly impossible to gather without impacting phone performance.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We had this issue on earlier 9.3 firmware versions and were provided 9.3.2 ES12 which seemed to fix the phantom call issue (or speed dials being used with no one at the phone) but a few phones still had been doing the ghost calls on occassion, <o:p></o:p></p>
