<p>well in case anyone is wondering. I've apparently got the issue to end all issues... 13 hours between 2 days and 2 rebuilds of the server and we have 50% of the phones showing status and the others just not updating right.... something between CTI, TSP,
and CUEAC</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">DRMDynamicDevicePrioritisation needs to be set to true in a config file. The file does not exist on my server in either directory where the docs and forum posts indicate it may exist. I have another client who doesn’t use EM and the file
does not exist either. Latest version of CUEAC 9.1.1.10.</p>
