<div dir="ltr">Hi guys,<div>I think i know the problem you are facing. There has been a period where at least part of the manufactured 9971 had a major Issue with the quality of the Display/Touchscreen assembly which resulted in those ghost calls. The newer firmwares of those phones introduced optimizations for the touch screens to counter the problem but some phones might still experience the issue.</div>

<div><br></div><div>Upgraded to 9.4.1-9 firmware and haven't seen the issue yet (to early to say) but 9.4.1-9 has very annoying dialing delay/prolonged beep issue that annoys the user that they can barely make calls on the phones without problem Seems to be <span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;font-size:12pt">CSCtb02271 from working with TAC on this.  </span></div>
