<div dir="ltr"><div>I'm sure we've gone over this before but as time progresses products evolve and new products become available.</div><div> </div><div>We are looking for a robust monitoring, alerting and config backup tool for our UC environment.  We have a couple of requirements but the absolute most important is the ability to alert us proactively before catastrophic failure.  Also, we need to be able to monitor UCS C series.</div>
<div> </div><div>I've used Cisco's Prime products for UC monitoring, alerting, etc.  in the past but they seemed to throw a lot of false positives and weren't necesarily the most intuitive to set up or maintain.</div>
