<br><div dir="ltr"><div>So, recently we discovered that something in our CDR services had hung and one of our billing servers had stopped getting files via ftp which led to losing about a month of data.</div><div> </div><div>
Aside from the financial apps team actually making sure they have data, is there some way to alert if this happens again?  I would have thought RTMT would have thrown the CDRFileDeliveryFailed alert but it didn't.</div>
