<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Thanks Erik and Tim for the tip on the image file. I mounted the img file in a Linux VM and it turns out to be an NTFS image containing the OVA. Strange that eDelivery didn't just give me the OVA… It still doesn't
seem quite right though because I ordered the standard encryption SKU but got the AU OVA. The OVA file name is "cisco-webex-meetings-server-2.0.1.2.B-AU.ova". Is that what you have?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
