<div dir="ltr"><div>I'm hoping this is an easy one and I'm just not seeing the information.</div><div> </div><div>We are using RCC with Lync 2010.  It works great if a user is logged in with Extension Mobility on thier home but fails when a user logs in with EMCC on a remote cluster.  The EMCC device shows up and is selected on the phone selection page (via the rcc plugin).</div>
