<div dir="ltr">You'll want to look at Java Virtual Machine (JVM) Heap Usage in RTMT, as it can cause a loss of all active calls and all agents to be logged out. If HA, it will cause a failover.<div><br></div><div>In 8.5SU3 and lower the Heap is only 256MB. In later versions it was doubled to 512MB.</div>
