<div dir="ltr">I took a quick look, and noticed a couple of things:<div><br></div><div>- The '<i>result'</i> and '<i>emg_template'</i> variables have the same value "/brisbane/test/emergency_template.xml"</div>
<div>- The create XML Document step should reference the template as the Source Document, and the end result in the Document field. Yours references the template on both fields.</div><div>- The Keyword Transform Document has a spelling mistake (vaule) - This is not a problem if it's the same on the template xml, but I thought I'd point it out.</div>
<div>- The Upload Document step is referencing a file called "grech.xml". I would think this is what the value for the 'result' variable should be.</div><div><br></div><div>I hope this helps. If not, I've sent you a copy of my script in a separate email.</div>

Hi Lelio,
<div><br>
</div>
<div>That’s one of the advantages of using the Repository. If you use the Upload Document step to place the doc in the Repository it is replicated across to the other node automatically and is contained within DRS backups for B&R. </div>

We're currently using an SQL database to store open/closed details but have been considering using an XML file instead.<br>

We have an HA configuration right now. Are files like this shared/updated automatically via replication or does that have to be written into the script?<br>

Hi Andrew,
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I wouldn’t use the /opt/cisco/uccx/Customer directory even though the readme tells you to :) </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I would save XML files as documents to the Document Repository using the Upload Document step after calling the Authenticate User step and read the document from the Repository. This is much more resilient and easier to use IMO. </div>
