into with that, so far is that it will lose the user/device association, so that has to be done manually. ..<br>

easiest way to do this, preserving all the configuration of the old phone so it migrates easily over to the new one? I want the user, phone lines, alerting text, pickup groups, all that to move right over to the new phone.<o:p></o:p></p>
