lose the user/device association, so that has to be done manually. ..<br>

But changing the mac is definitely the easiest!<br>

preserving all the configuration of the old phone so it migrates easily over to the new one? I want the user, phone lines, alerting text, pickup groups, all that to move right over to the new phone.<u></u><u></u></p>
