The staff there logon to one of three phone queues and therefore phones are setup with the three queues and respective UCCX agents. Two of the queue agents on the phone are able to login to the respective queue exactly as they should. The third agent queue brings up an error “Unable to log you in due to a configuration error (phone is not associated with the RM JTAPI Provider user ID). Contact your system administrator for help.” I know the phone is associated to the RM JTAPI id because the two other agents connect just fine. IF anyone has a suggestion I would be very thankful.
