<p dir="ltr">Is anyone aware of packaged third party reporting software that is compatible with UCCX?</p>
<p dir="ltr">It is nice that CUIC is web based, but it has not met my expectations regarding custom reporting.  It is super painful to use a CUIC premium system just to add parameters/filters that dont exist in the stored procedures.  It takes way too long to make simple changes. </p>

<p dir="ltr">I have one customer that uses business objects which is nice but that is an expensive product. </p>
