Here is the scenario</div><div><br></div><div>OB dialer will dial customer -> If he/she picks the call -> hold the call -> Transfer this call to queue or consultant cell phone </div><div>-> the consultant picks the call -> An IVR will Play to confirm if he / she wants to take this call -> Press 1 for Yes and 2 for No</div><div>-> If the consultant presses 2 then call should go to next Consultant and same steps will occur till the last on shift consultant </div><div>-> Consultant Presses 1 then this call should connect to the customer.</div><div><br></div><div>I hope you haven't get confused as this looks to me a very weird requirement. </div><div><br></div><div>Can this be possible through queuing a call to some queue and then how can i play Menu IVR to consultant.</div><div><br></div><div>Any idea would be grate.</div> </div></body>
