<div dir="ltr"><div><div>Is there any reason, other than a defective phone, that a new 7942 when used in initiating a conference call, we can barely hear that person talking? It's almost as if the voume for the mic is way down, or barely working. I have checked their phone, nothing blocking the mic area. Just wondering is there is some sort of setting I should be aware of or if I should replace the phone.<br>
