The fact that you have 3 different types of media in the locations should make it easy to align with your QoS config. If you are lumping voice and video together on the router you'll have to make sure the distribution in the location is accurate to the actual
traffic profile for the link.

Locations-based CAC in UCM doesn't have any knowledge of what queue you drop the traffic into on the router.<br>
You just need to make sure the numbers add up on both so that CUCM doesn't allow oversubscription of the link. The numbers you use for the location should be aligned with the QoS config for the link.<br>
