I'll check out RTMT and syslog and/or remote syslog.<br><br>Just wondering what all the alarm configuration/definition options are for in both CUCM and UCCx serviceability pages. It seems like you have to select 20 or so different options in order to configure everything with a remote syslog. Would be nice to be able to do this in one spot.<div>

<br></div><div>I would check the syslogs using the syslog viewer in RTMT and see if anything is in there showing the failure. If so, you can set up remote syslog.</div>
