<p>So the customer would need to upgrade licensing from Enhanced to Enhanced Plus for CUACS to work. I made an assumption that the new CUACS worked like the old, and that IM&P wasn't mandatory for line status. Somehow Matt Wyndhamm left that licensing Enhanced
Plus cost/part out of his demo..</p>

<p>I was assuming a Attendant Console Standard would show if the phone was on-hook vs off-hook. The only Presence information I can find seems to be related to Jabber/IM&P</p>

<p>They couldn't keep CUBAC 9x as it was supported with CallManager 10.x. While it worked, it was unsupported. So the version change to CUACS had to happen.</p>
