<p class="MsoNormal">You do not need to have IM&P in order to get line status, it does work in a similar way to CUACA with the exception that it is not as scalable (do to there not being a server to handle all of the requests) and you have to associated the
devices you wish to monitor to the Application User you are using on the Client PC.<o:p></o:p></p>
