So, what we tend to do at this point is, we export the report into excel, massage the data a little, and then use auto filter to sort and filter based on the column of your choosing.</div><div><br></div><div>In CUIC and HRC, the report filters are the same, but you may be able to add the queue time column to a report that doesn't have it by default.
