Looks like a timing issue that you should easily be able to work around. If you are seeing a lock icon then this isn't your bug.

<pre style="white-space: pre-wrap; word-wrap: break-word;">1. Navigate to Trust List --> ITL file, we can see a secure lock icon ahead of the "ITL file" item name.
2. Unlock and erase ITL file. Menu will automatically closed and phone start to download ITL file again.
3. Before phone finishing restarting, navigate to Trust List --> ITL file again, we can see ITL file has already been downloaded again. But no secure lock icon displayed ahead of "ITL file".
4. No matter how long waited, this display will not change, unless exit Trust List and enter again.</pre>
