<p class="MsoNormal">Customer are not eligible for NFRs. So even with 10.5.x a customer can’t build a test lab for more than 30 days (demo license) for UCCX 10.5.1? I assume this didn’t change with 10.5 licensing.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">They have a Production Cluster running 8.5.1 and want to keep a permanent test lab running 10.5.1 for UCCX. I don’t think they can do that besides keep getting temp licenses from their Cisco AM/SE.<o:p></o:p></p>
