I was able to order the software and the customer ordered the UCS C-220. Ask about association and license verification. Once cleared there you should be able to use the PUT tool to create an order for upgrade licensing based on your ESW number. <br><br>The next course of action with the licensing team is to request being sent to the upgrades team or the on duty manager.
