 bundle with 25 UCL promo then did a get current promo for the rest of the licenses and the 3<sup>rd</sup> site which is the site in question had valid UCSS on a BE5K and ordered the BE6K-ST-BDL-K9= which had everything pre-installed.</span></p>

<p class="x_xmsonormal">While on the topic and since you mentioned ordering the UCS.  Please make sure when ordering BE6Ks for customers that you follow the ordering guide and use the correct top-level BE6K SKU (eg BE6K-ST-BDL-K9=).

 the PUT tool to create an order for upgrade licensing based on your ESW number. <br>

The next course of action with the licensing team is to request being sent to the upgrades team or the on duty manager. There is a whole separate team for upgrades once reached via

<br>
