<div dir="ltr">Hi Dear<div><br></div><div>i am using CUCM 7.1 with 1 PUB and 3 SUB.</div><div><br></div><div>MOH is not working for internal and external both.</div><div>One phone is at location A with Device pool A and one phone at location B with device pool B are registered with CUCM.</div><div>when they make call and press hold, no MOH works. I am surprised.</div><div><br></div><div>both phone using User hold music file in phone configuration and  each device pool A and B are using MRGL --> MRG--> Moh server.</div><div>Please share your ideas!!<br clear="all"><div><br></div>-- <br><div class="gmail_signature"> Regards,<br> Dharambir Kumar<br>  <br>  <br><br><br></div>
