<div dir="ltr">We have users who use Webex Connect (and Jabber) and they can use phone control for their 7900s et al; but not for the 9971, it just times out when you select them.

<div>We have CUCM 10.5 and the latest version of Jabber/Webex Connect... problem is exhibited on both Jabber and Webex Connect for the 9971.</div>
