<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Changing any of these (DNS, NTP, IP Address, etc.) on a UCM 8.x Publisher will require installing a new license, but getting this done and license updated is a pretty simple and straight forward task assuming
 you have the right info handy for TAC. Worst case, if you have issues getting a new license file would be to revert back to your previous DNS entries – putting it back to previous configurations (assuming nothing else was changed) will generate your old license
 MAC address, validating the license file that was just previously invalidated. This entire process changed in CUCM 9.x and higher using Cisco ELM/PLM.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
