First of all last week the ability to transfer a call seemed to be hit and miss, with often the call being lost and therefore upsetting the caller. Second there seems to be a growing amount of delay between the call answer and the call connection being established. This has caused the agent to be asking multiple times ‘hello’ and finally getting a response from the caller. Have any of you experienced this and know a solution or where I would start to begin troubleshooting? I have checked the logs, and performance matrix of the UCCX server and they seem to be fine. No CPU hits, lots of memory and disk space. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>We are running this with Call Manager 6.1 (again sadly) and the system summary shows both publisher and subscriber well within CPU and memory specs. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Thank you for any assistance you can provide.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Terry<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><span style='color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>Terry Oakley</span></b><b><span style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'><o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>Telecommunications Coordinator </span><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#33CC33;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>| </span></b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>Information Technology Services<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>Red Deer College </span></b><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#33CC33;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>|</span></b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>100 College Blvd. </span><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#33CC33;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>|</span></b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#33CC33;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'> </span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>Box 5005 </span><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#33CC33;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>| </span></b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>Red Deer<b> </b></span><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#33CC33;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>|</span></b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#33CC33;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'> </span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>Alberta </span><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#33CC33;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>| </span></b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>T4N 5H5<b><o:p></o:p></b></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>work (403) 342-<b>3521 </b></span><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#33CC33;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>| </span></b><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'> </span></b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'>FAX (403) 343-4034</span><span style='color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA'><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div></body></html>
