One of my collueges deployed a Linux VM that provides a "fake" IP network including dns, ntp ‎and default gateway. And with also doing NAT it can provide traffic to other networks (LDAP for example).</div>

We use this VM for every installation or upgrade. When you're familiar with Linux it's easy to setup.</div>
