<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>Hi<div><br></div><div>I have a strange issue where the total of calls handled by agent report in UCCX and the calls recorded total in AQM is showing a difference of about 10 calls every day, also sometime the calls recorded for an agent in AQM is higher than the calls handled by him in UCCX. </div><div>I don't see any visible configuration issues and am my wits end in figuring out what is happening here.</div><div>UCCX version is 9.1, using IP communicator and agent desktop.</div><div><br></div><div>Regards</div><div><br></div><div>Shabbar</div> </div></body>
