to 10.5 cluster. Guess they thought a DDOS attack was going down or something. Who knows what a 3<sup>rd</sup> party security company with IDS sensors would think….needless to say it created a small ruckus.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

before any other ITL changes are made. This is to prevent too many changes happening the ITLs at once making the phones not trust the new ITLs.<o:p></o:p></p>
