collaboration deployment. No Cop files need to be installed, No jump upgrades, No restoring from backup. Really was a simple process.

<p>You can only install this SU on Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release 6.1(4x), 6.1(5x), 7.1(3x), 7.1(5x), 8.0(x), 8.5(1x), 8.6(x), 9.0(x), 9.1(x), 10.0(1), 10.5(1), or 10.5(2) This SU will not install over any 10.5(2)ES’s. Upgrades from 6x, 7x, 8.x,
and 9.x need to be requested via PUT (<a href="http://www.cisco.com/upgrade" target="_blank">www.cisco.com/upgrade</a>) to obtain the necessary license. This SU should not be installed on a Business Edition 3000 server.<o:p></o:p></p>
