<div dir="ltr">I'd try to get simultaneous captures from 2 phones with the delay between them to see if CUCM is sending the SIP Invite delayed. You could also check the CallManager traces to see if all the Invites go out the same time but that doesn't mean they didn't get queued up on the OS side if TCP.
