<div dir="ltr">Good morning!<div><br></div><div>Anyone know if it is possible somehow to modify the subsequent prompts (not the initial greeting) in the speech connect directory handler?</div><div><br></div><div>I see on Ciscounitytools.com that there are some alternate greetings available for this, and where it can be changed in cuadmin.. however I have an internal customer interested in changing the subsequent prompts for no matches. There seem to be two of them and they are inconsistent. Also they refer to dialing 0 for operator and we do not have an operator to send them to, so the concern with the customer is that the caller will think they are going to get a live handoff when instead i'll have to send them to another IVR application somewhere instead.</div><div><br></div><div>Doesn't appear to be possible but figured I'd ask in case there's a nerd knob somewhere that I missed.</div><div><div><br></div>-- <br><div class="gmail_signature">Ed Leatherman<br></div>
