If you want the user experience you are describing, then you're looking at Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, most likely. to transfer to the hunt pilot and use the CTI Route Point for the hunt pilot's CFNA/CFB treatment options. Assuming you have access to Unity Connections though.</span><u></u><u></u></p>
