<div dir="ltr">This only happens in my environment with my remote works who are on DSL. No QoS for them so I have to assume some packets are getting dropped here and there. It is not a constant thing. I have agents who sit in the not ready state for 10+ minutes and when they go to change back to ready, they see a communication error (something like "cannot communicate with server").
