In my experience the bluetooth headset profile supported by our phones (except maybe the 8865 with BE4.1) sounds awful, like barely above cell phone quality. If you are used to wideband audio then it’s unusable. If your users haven’t been exposed to the awesomeness
that is wideband audio then they probably won’t notice a difference.

<div>Personally I have a model of the Plantronics Savi 700 series that can do bluetooth, usb, or wired rj11. I use it via usb to a DX70 99% of the time but like the adaptability of being able to test it with almost all of our phone models. TAC is probably
a bit unique in that requirement though.</div>
