<div>In my experience, this is with the new licensing scheme as the new licensing method is user based. If your CUCM is licensed for CUWL count higher than your number of users with multiple assignments then you're okay (however CUWL count is limited in most
orgs as they are pricey). Suggestion is to unassign multiple assigned users from certain devices to fix the issue.<br>
