The only thing I've found is that if you also use Connection as your auto-attendant, dialing the alternate extension will direct you to the primary extension. Alternate extensions will also be "auto-routed" to that mailbox when pressing the voicemail button. </div><div><br></div><div>If you need to maintain connectivity to the alternate extension, you can use either a call handler, or another subscriber, with the appropriate redirects configured. Under the edit menu, set an alternate extension for the voicemail account. The alternate extension is the second line on the phone.
