<p>It might be possible to rebuild cliCommands.xml file (if the is the actual issue) via the rescue disk. I'd open up a TAC case and have them take a look before rebuilding.</p>

<p>My guess though, is that the node is toast. Is this on the back of an upgrade or a new install?<br>
