Would the free version of Veeam work ?<br>
I use this for my home lab to backup the VMs'<br>
It downloads and compresses the whole VM into a singe file (80GB
CUCM OVA is about 18GB after compression)<br>
I haven't tried it to move a VM yet.<br>

can always turn up a vCenter trial. You would need some type
of shared storage. Many consumer grade NAS boxes will
support NFS or iSCSI which will do the trick. I have never
