        over RTP and is not aware of where it has to stream this prompt
        because CUCM does Delayed Offer by default. So Cube doesnt have
        the phone's IP address.</div>

        acknowöedgement by:</div>
      <div>1. putting voice-class sip rel1xx require "100rel" on the
        dial peers facing CUCM, and</div>

        Rel1xx parameter to Send Prack for all 1xx messages.</div>
