<p>Although not likely what you are looking for (at least in the consumption method), there are a couple of performance counters you might be able to look at; Location LBM\BandwidthAvailable and Location LBM\<span>VideoBandwidthAvailable</span>. Subtracted
 from the configured amount, should yield usage. </p>
