I have a CTS 500 on my company which we want to enable pstn calls on it but whenever we try to make a call using this equipament it invoke transcoding no matter what region I use on CUCM.<br>

<div>But when I pull the handset from the phone the call goes normally without invoke the transcoding.<br>

We have CUCM 11, 1 local voice gateway 2811, connected to the PSTN through a E1 R2 digital trunk. And the CTS500-37 have the active load CTS_1.10.13(5)_P1 and a 7975 as dial- phone<br>
