<p>I have seen on more than one occasion that Jabber guest needs you to download a client or extension or something or another.</p>

<p>Is this the intention? I expected that Jabber guest was to be a clientless solution so someone outside of the organization could call you quickly without dealing with that sort of stuff.</p>
