What phones is the customer using? Most of our desktop phones support XML apps natively.

<div>I have a custumer that was using a XML application in his phones but he is changing the phones to new cisco phones that doesn't run xml. </div>

<div>As the new phones doesnt accept xml applications he wants to implement this through an IVR.</div>

<div>Any idea how to accomplish that? CTI/JTAPI/TAPI, TCL, VoXML.....<br>
