I believe the Panic button feature will work exactly as you require if you have the Advanced InformaCast installed. I haven’t created the open mic situation but we certainly have been able to use the Panic button in a silent mode. Cannot see why you can’t make the phone mic open (if the phone model has a mic) so that the security side can listen to the active situation.
