4xx messages are client related messages while 5xx are server related. Your debug only shows evidence of a 403 (forbidden). I would verify that the user agent credentials are in-fact correct and also verify you have all the signaling addresses accounted for
in your IP Address Trust List (I would add <span>172.27.199.1</span> and <span>172.27.199.5 to the trust list as this is the BVI1 interface you are binding to). Alternatively, if you temporarily disable the trust list, does the issue go away?
</span><span>I'm assuming the far end is onnet (MPLS ... etc) since you're sending the INVITE out with a private IP address.</span></div>

<div><br>
</div>
<div>Scenario : Cisco IP Phone --> CUCM --> SIP Trunk --> BE6S (2921 Router) --> Sip Trunk --> ITSP</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>When sending outbound calls from IP Phone to provider it fails sometimes with 403 forbidden and 503 Service not available.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>CUCM IP : 172.27.199.11</div>
<div>GW : 172.27.199.1</div>
<div>ITSP : <a href="http://trunk.abc.com">trunk.abc.com</a></div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Attached show run and the CCSIP message.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Calling Number : 0388400000</div>
<div>Called Number : 0405808398</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>855 is the IP Phone extension which gets converted to 0388400000 in the Gateway and sending to provider.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I have configured the Region , transcoder and not sure if the source interface binding is necessary on Voice service Voip and in the dial-peer.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Also I see the Voip dialpeer to the Service provider is busy out very often.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>One more thing is , <span style="color:rgb(51,51,51); font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:14.4px">
I can see is both From and To address to the Provider is showing the same name and I tried to bind the source interface but same error.</span></div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Your help is highly appreciated.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
